Made for
MNFA

Every MNFA poster is artwork first, information last. This standard came out of of the posters and then became solidified once I was directing the artwork.

The poster almost always presents the date, in one format (DD.MM), and the lineup with no additional information. The language favors an antidesign eye which sees type as an afterthought: one typeface, with the second almost always handwritten, fitting for a space that is DIY built and run.

Poster subjects stem from whoever is playing that night, which tends towards gritty, dark and avant-garde compositions.
